[mrtg] SNMP traffic is blocked at the Cable Modem.

Due to the SNMP  cert advisory, all snmp traffic is being blocked at the
cable modem.
If you have a TW, Comcast or AT&T broadband Cable modem it will be blocked.
If you use snmp through your Cable modem it will no longer function.
It is not a MRTG issue.
