Have you tried adding a zero or a one to the end of 
both OIDs in the MRTG taget config like so:

Target[roney_CPU1]:.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.0&.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1:public at 10.242.120.73
