[mrtg] CPU OID for Cisco 5505 - Total newbie

Okay, I need to monitor the CPU Load on a Catalyst 5505. I know I need the OID for the CPU Load. 
How do I go about getting that? I know I can go to this site:

http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/netmgmt/cmtk/mibs.shtml

but what do I do after that.. I looked at the MIB files but what do I do with them?

As for the OID section of the web page, i cannot get into it right now...please help.
