[mrtg] CPU utilization using MRTG on NT

Hi, I'm trying to get the amount of used CPU on my NT40/W2K server system.  
My .cfg file that I have uses the following target:
Target[dils20.isr.asp.ti.com.systemProcs]:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.3.0:public at dils20.isr.asp.ti.com
 
But I'm getting this error when I start mrtg:
 
WARNING: Could not match host:'public at dils20.isr.asp.ti.com' ref:'' key:''
 
Could somebody help me with the syntax?
