Try monitoring the Serial interface for errors.

I have a cfg for errors if you need one.

No I don't have the option UNKNASZERO in the config of routerB. But indeed
it looks like such a problem, so I have looked at the ethernet interface of
routerB, which I think should also give a flat line if it was a data
collecting problem. But that's a normal looking line. In the configuration
first the ethernet interface gets polled and then the serial interface. I
don't have the daily graph of the ethernet interface anymore, so I'll
include the weekly graph.
