hi all.

my problem - when i execute mrtg from cmd in win 2000 to run as daemon the
pidfile (containing the pid of the process) is not being generated

solution - in the demonize_me function in MRTG_lib.pm, the code to generate
the pidfile is missing in the section of "if" for MSWin32. so i wrote this 4
lines into it.

new problem - how can i get this patch into the official site or inform whom
so that they will put this code.
