no it will not.  The reason is simple the rrd's are more complex and are not
stored in human readable format.

To get the data from a rrd file simply fetch data for the past month
(rrdtool fetch -s <- 3o days> file AVERAGE), sort the data, pop the top 5%,
the highest entry is your 95th.  Pretty easy actually.
