It can't be that hard to create one for yourself using HTML.
Have you seen my web site, go to www.geocities.com/mrtg_daemon and click on
"Easy Target Indexing" from the top frame.
There I have the HTML code available for you to copy from.
It looks like the 'routers.cgi' front end with two frames, the left frame to
index your targets and the right to display the graphs.
There is also a little code to show or hide whole groups of targets, I find
it very simple but effective, if I do say so myself :-)
