Do you get more than one of these error messages 
during a single poll?  Do you get this error every 
single time?  Do you know if the device can handle 
multiple requests at the same time?  There is an 
option for Single request.  But, if you are getting 
this like 3 or 5 times on every poll, disable 
interface 11 in your config.  It may not be present in 
your system any more.
