Try the following OID for W2K CPU.
#Windows 2000 processor utilization
#.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.* (* may be 1, 2, 3, 4, depending on the
instance of you're cpu's).
Target[Server001.cpu]:1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.3:community at X.X.X.X
