Looking at the docs, I don't see how to do math on the target line... is it
as simple as:

Target[199.248.189.5_imc]: <snip>@199.248.189.5 * 5

Or is it more complicated than that?

Not sure if this would work but have you tried using math on the target 
line?  Multiplying by 5 when using the perminute option or by 300 without 
it might work.
