Blame it one Outlook :)  When I'm using a real e-mail App (read Mozilla), I
always do it that way, but when I'm using the corporate e-mail system (read
Outlook), it does its own thing.  FWIW, when I'm not using the corporate
e-mail system, my doesn't appear in all caps... :)
