Uh, what I ment is that I didn't use the option to set the vacation flag
that automatically is removed after "x" days.  That permanent.

Yes he is and no you wont :)

Seriously, if he doesn't read his mail: too bad.  If he does and acts as
instructed (that is: clean the pc, disable the flag) he's back in.

It would be a different story if he repeatedly gets infected or if it turns
out that it is intentional.
