hi list,

i'm trying to run cfgmaker in a shellscript. but it seems to be impossible
to use the option --if-filter. I used almost every way to place the quotas,
but all i get
ist the error message :

Global symbol "$if_ethernet" requires explicit package name at (eval 6)
line 2

cfgmaker gets called by :

       cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: '$HTTPHOME' ' \
                           --global 'Options[_]: bits,growright' \
                           --global 'XSize[_]: 600' \
                           --global 'YSize[_]: 200' \
                           --global 'WithPeak[_]: wmy' \
                           --if-filter='$if_ethernet' \
                           --ifref=name \
                           --ifdesc=descr \
                           --output $CFGHOME/$device.cfg \
                           $community@$device

has anyone an idea ??

any help appreciated

markus
