[mrtg] mrtg-mailstats error

Hi, 
I've tried to set up mrtgmailstats, but havent managed to get som
results yet.
I run this command: 

D:\Programs\perl\bin\perl.exe D:\Programs\mrtg\bin\mrtg
D:\Programs\mrtg\conf\mail.cfg

on a windows 2000 computer. And the mail.cfg looks like this:

Can anyone help me? This is my first time testing mrtg.
