[mrtg] Port statistics for Cisco Switch 4006

I need to poll a Cisco 4006 switch, to display a graph on the following:
ifInError
ifOutError

on Gigabit ethernet ports.

Does someone have a template to achieve this please?
I am using mrtg v 2.9.7
