[mrtg] DEC Hub modules

I have set up MRTG to report back statistics from a DEC VNswitch 900CG which
sits in a Hub 900 chassis. The VN900CG has 8 x 10/100 Ethernet ports, 1
Gigabit port and a VNbus connected through the Hub 900 backplane.
 
I can get data back from the Gigabit port, but no data from the Ethernet or
VNbus.
 
Has anyone any experience of getting MRTG working with DEC equipment?
