[mrtg] how to discover win2000 disks oid for mrtg?

hi, I am new to this list
I have to use mrtg to monitore the disk utilization of my windows 2000 server, could someone tell me how do I find the oid that corresponds to my c and d drives? any program, script that would do it would be appreciated
