[mrtg] Ascend Time stamp

I am querying the OIDs for Ascend boxes (MAX-6000s).  One of these OIDs is
supposed to
return the TimeStamp (callActiveStartingTimesStamp) for a user connecting
to the box.  What I
get is a 6 to 7 digit number which does not make sense (i.e. 306428,
306440... 3071243, 4599395,4599423, etc..).    Every user gets a different
number (as expected) but mostly they all start with the same first 3
digits.  Has anybody seen this before, if so how do I get around converting
that number
to something like:  connect time is "00:00:00:00", or something that makes
"time-sense".
Please someone help...
