[mrtg] OpenBSD and GD

Hi
I just tried to compile mrtg-2.9.21 under OpenBSD 3.1.
I installed freetype-1.3.1, png-1.2.1, jpeg-6b and gd-1.8.3 as ports, so 
all necessary librarys should be available.

But configure fails to find gd.h, even if I use 
--with-gd-inc=/usr/local/include or --with-gd-lib=/usr/local/include.
gd.h is in /usr/local/include.

Did I miss anything?
