Use the mailstats program that comes with sendmail, this will give you all
you need to monitor.  There is a mrtg-mail directory under the contribs of
mrtg that will explain all this and get you going, pretty straight forward.
Once you do this one, you can monitor almost anything using this same
technique.

Now i need to monitor the sendmail mail Traffic. How do i do this?

I am using sendmail 8.12 on redhat linux 7.3.
