Good old MRTG plots one day per pixel (in the yearly graph).  To display
two years of data you just create an image with width 730.

If 14all.cgi mimics MRTG entirely, this should do the same.

If not, look for something similar to "--start end-400d" and change
this into "--start end-730d".  This should do it.
