Use 'rrdtool dump filename.rrd >filename.xml' to copy the rrd files to xml
files. Copy the xml files to the linux box and use 'rrdtool restore
filename.xml filename.rrd'. Or a script the will dump/restore for you.

Subject: [mrtg] moving from win32 to linux

I'm running mrtg, logging with rrdtool and I want to move my setup from
win32 to linux. I tried copying the rrd files but when I update on
linux I get this:

ERROR: Cannot tune logfile: This RRD was created on other architecture

Regards,
Kristjan
