[mrtg] "Logformat: rrdtool" and Thresholds: possible bug

Hi all,

I'm using mrtg 2.9.18pre11, with log format rrdtool. Now I want to set
up some thresholds on the Temperature of some of my switches, and I
can't get the program being executed at all; but surprisely I've found
that when I don't use rrdtool, all goes fine: the program gets executed
without any problems.

I have found nothing in the docs nor in the archive regarding this. Is
there anything I am missing?
Here are the relevant lines of my .cfg file:

WorkDir: /var/mrtg
LogFormat: rrdtool
PathAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.37/bin
LibAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.37/lib/perl
