Hi Chris,

I don't have an OID for the local director, I'm not sure they have one 
although you can try the usual tcp.PassiveOpens (part of the RFC1213 MIB)

For the CSS 11000 series, check out http://vegan.net/MRTG.  Included in 
there is connections per second, although the page explains why it's a bit 
odd.
