[mrtg] Cisco CPU .cfg yields no results

I'm trying to monitor CPU utilization on a 1605  I can snmpget the OID:

[root at mrtg root]# snmpget public .
enterprises. = 28

But using that OID in a .cfg returns no graphed info.  No errors... just
nothing on the graph.  Here's the .cfg:

Target[]: at
Options[]: growright absolute
WithPeak[]: wmy
MaxBytes[]: 100
Title[]: Router 1 CPU Utilization
PageTop[]: <H1>Router 1 CPU Utilization</H1>

I've tried with and without preceding dots, trailing .0s, etc.  Where am
I going wrong?
