 I do not want to always create an automated config and then parse through it to find my port...i would like to just write the config myself...that is why I want to know how to reference a port in TARGET[...]:

For example I want to monitor port 2/23 
Can I do the following: 

Target[Lab3_PC_Port]: #2/23:public at X.X.X.X
