[mrtg] target syntax

someone please help.....
i want the exact parameter to call two instances in the mrtg target. what
you can see below is only one instance, the "\\myserver\LogicalDisk(C:)\Free
Megabytes". but i want also "\\myserver\LogicalDisk(D:)\Free Megabytes"
using the same target. what is correct Target systax?

example target config: 

Target[test]: `perl getlog.pl c:\perflogs\test.csv
"\\myserver\LogicalDisk(C:)\Free Megabytes"`
