Using Excel I assume?  In realtime or from archived data?  If from
archived,
I would think that a small script to grab yesterdays (weeks,months,years)
data
then format it all nice and perty, comma or tab delimited and ftp it to a
common
drive/share that they could use?  That might be Step 1 just to get the data
to
them.

Sounds like, however, since it's for the pointy-head-boss that he/she would
like
to be able to look at a chart, click a button and have a pop-up that would
ask
them where they would like to save the data on their local drive?  Then
they
could open it in Excel.

I would focus on getting the older data into usable/readable format first,
with
headers for what's what and row listing for times.

Just thinking outloud...
