Sounds like an snmp bug on the target. We just found what sounds like the
same exact bug on a Bay 450 switch (v1.2.0.11). Executing an snmp walk
displays a wanted oid value, but executing an snmp get for the exact same
oid produces the same error=2. (This particular problem had been previously
documented with Bay and was fixed in a later version of their code.)
