[mrtg] Treshold & Mail

Dear all,
it'is possible with mrtg 2.9.17 configure the cfg file to permit mrtg send a
mail when the specified treshol is over size ?

If yes what I've to do to configure this option ?

Example:
I've a frame ralay connection monitored with C.I.R. at 64 Kbps...
When the utilization is 54 Kbps I'd like to receive a mail....

Anyone have an example of configuration to post?
