[mrtg] MRTG in WIN98

Hello,

In Win98 can v run MRTG only once in a day, and the whole day the log file is generated whcch is processed by mrtg 
and the graph is generated ? its like i wouldnt like to run mrtg continously on my machine at a regular interval but still 
generate graphs for the whole day ?

any help is highly solicited.
