I use rrdtool and routers.cgi as the frontend.
Unfortunately, my pages are not available to the general public. You can see the example pages at the routers.cgi web site at http://www.cheshire.demon.co.uk/pub/rtrdemo/index.html.
These pages represent v.1.31, although the latest version is v.2.1. 
Very nice front end.
