Again: do not use any options and MRTG will show bytes per second.
Factor is also an option in this respect.

My suggestion to you is that you should go to faq.mrtg.org and
read about the way mrtg works.  Especially the first two items
will benefit you.  Also, use the search box that can be found
in the faq section and search for "gauge counters" (without the
quotes).  This returns a few pointers.
