[mrtg] Monitoring MS Exchange/other MS stats?

Has anybody successfully been able to monitor Microsoft stats (other than
standard MIBS) by adding/compiling new MIBS?  I have a number of stats I
need to monitor, but have always failed at the MS SNMP stage.  I amusing a
RH7 box with MRTG on it to monitor hosts.
