[mrtg] rmon support

Greetings,
I have searched the internet looking for an answer on this but to no 
avail. What I want to do is monitor the traffic on a PIX firewall and a 
2600 router using rmon. Does mrtg support rmon at all?

In addition, if this is not supported, please can someone suggest how to 
SECURELY use snmp for monitoring? How would I securely configure my PIX & 
my 2600 for snmp without worrying about the problems associated with it.

Finally, an OT question, does anyone perhaps know if Cisco supports 
snmpv3? And if so, does MRTG?
