Because you only have one OID...

You *must* have two OIDs per target.

If you only want that OID logged, add it twice separated with an ampersand
'&', ie.

Target[device]: OID1&OID2:community at device

Then add 'noo' or 'noi' to the options (assuming you using fairly recent
code).
