[mrtg] 14all and RRDtool problems

I am trying to get 14all running.  I have followed all the steps like adding
PathAdd, LibAdd, and logformat to my cfg file.  I edited 14all.cgi with the
path information and I am still having problems. From a command prompt perl
14all.cgi produces a page.  When point my browser to
http://mrtg/cgi/14all.cgi I am presented with a directory lee.  I click on
it and go to http://mrtg/cgi/14all?dir=lee\ .  I get the Traffic analysis
for ... which tells me it is reading the .cfg file.  I cannot generate the
graphs.  I get a red window with "Error: Cannot create graph.

What am I doing wrong?
