Please let me know if you have any questions.  Basically, the script 
scans through all the html files in a directory and grabs the 
percentages.  Not the best way to do it, but MRTG3 uses RRDTool. 
I expect MRTG3 will be out within the year, so I don't have much 
motivation to rewrite toptalker.
