http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/
mainly command line tools (ex ucd snmp tools). Very fine for scripting ecc,
not very practical for interactive try-and-discover

windows, graphical, crippled but working (no snmpv2, max 3 mibs loaded)

Anything better ?
