I don't know, but that is the reason why I created Mr Daemon.

On my NT box, the Daemon would fail after about a week which really got on
my nerves, I couldn't find a program that didn't have the perl process in
memory 24/7 and so Mr Daemon was born :-)

But why does the perl process gets "locked" in the system...

Is this a MRTG error or a PERL error...
