You need to use flowscan/cflowd or ntop if you want to get protocol statistics.

Can anyone tell me whether OID(object identifier) exist for 
Protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, etc in Cisco routers and 
switches??/

I have gone thorugh Cisco website, but could not get proper info. 
Please give me the any html reference for this info.
