[mrtg] Monitoring W2K and NT Servers

Hi there,

I´ve already done my monitoring on cisco routers and I do think MRTG is a
great tool.

Now, I need to monitor about 100 based Intel/ Microsoft servers and a 3Com
Portmaster.
On the servers I was planning to watch free disk space, free memory, and
cpu utilization; on the portmaster, the number of users connected.

I´d like to use the same server that monitors the routers, to monitor the
NT4 and W2K. I was wondering if have to modify/ add any further information
on my MIB files (I´m using mrtg 2.8.12), because while I was making some
tests with getif, I´ve discovered some MIBS on the NT4 target server, and
when I put them into the mrtg.cfg I couldn´t get any information.

Did any of you get success on those jobs?
Can you tell me if I forgot any step?

Any kind of help, will be greatly apreciated!
Thank you all in advance!

Raul Marques
