[mrtg] monitoring Cisco Router

[Estagiario FIT-AAR 01]

I´m interested in monitoring tcp protocols on my cisco 7500 cisco router.
  Somebody uses QDM or CAR  to make this only.
  Can i integrate QDM or CAR  with mrtg, they creat OIDs  ?
