Hi Matt.

The only way that you can do this is to use RRD.  With this you can
either use MRTG as your front end and a custom RRDCGI script as your
back end or there are some other front ends that may allow you to
achieve.

If you chose to use the RRDCGI you can have as many targets plotting on
one graph as you chose.  I have graphs with about 12 ports on a switch
all showing traffic.
