There should be a line in your config file like...

WorkDir: c:\mrtg\html

The path defined for the working directory will contain the logs, images
and html file.  You would have defined this in creating the config file
using configmaker.

Also a quick Question, I have an installed version of mrtg. I have
already ran the configuration which seemed to run ok when I ran mrtg
...   It rean with no obvious output. Where is the html file typically
placed /
