[mrtg] MRTG Average Calculation Interval

Hello,

I'm using MRTG to monitor transmission rates in a Frame-
Relay WAN(Cisco 2600 routers, mrtg-2.9.25 on Windows NT 
4.0, ActivePerl 522).

I want know how configure MRTG to calcule the average 
transmission rates in a 8 hours period(from 07:00AM to 
07:00PM) an not 24hours.
