your not alone :) weather.com changed the format of their html pages
last friday, it wasn't until sunday that I noticed the change and updated
my local scripts, I haven't updated the scripts on the HOWTO site yet,
hopefully tonight.

you can see here:

looks like around friday 2AM they changed the format of the html. hopefully
they don't change it again for a while, that last one worked since august.
