It is the maximum number of bytes per second
(typically) the device will see.
Anything over this amount will be ignored.

What's the use of the MaxByte parameter?
How do you configure this param....
The only thing I found about this in the doc is:
MaxBytes1
Same as MaxBytes, for variable 1.
MaxBytes2
Same as MaxBytes, for variable 2.
