[mrtg] Async lines mrtg stats

Hi everybody,
does somebody know why i didn't get any stat information from a cisco 3640
router (MICA digital modem module) async lines?
The async lines is heavily used according to the sh lines:
   Tty Typ     Tx/Rx    A Modem  Roty AccO AccI   Uses   Noise  Overruns
*   65 TTY              - inout     -    -    -  30968       0
